Yes it feels good to get a massage, but this is strategic manipulation of the muscles to decrease tension and provide pain relief. But yes, it still feels good. If you have any kinks, locked up muscles, or specific pains, a massage program could be in your future.
We understand the life happens and you may have to cancel an appointment. To avoid being charged for a scheduled session, you must cancel your session by phone [618-670-4531] within 48 hours of your scheduled time. If you provide less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for a scheduled training session you will be charged for the session.
